3D printed Centre Cap Covers for 4x108mm steelies. These were originally designed to suit a Saab wheel, commonly fitted to Ford Cortinas, but can also fit other brands.

FDM printed in silver PETG, ensuring superior UV resistance and durability.

Painting & Preparation 

Adaptive layer height printing is used to reduce layer lines as much as possible, however, some sanding is required to achieve a properly smooth finish. The product photos were taken under harsh light to try and show these layer lines and small artefacts that occur.

It is recommended to use a plastic specific primer in multiple thin coats, as FDM printed surfaces tend to be a bit porous.  

Fitment 

Suits 4x108mm PCD 

The only other consideration for fitment is the inner width of the wheel centre area, please check the images for clarification on this, and where to measure. 160mm width is needed 9mm above the mating surface.
