Shipping policy

All orders are processed and sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local Orders - Within Australia

Orders are sent through Auspost with the option of express shipping. Tracking is provided with all orders.

Standard - $9.95

Express - $13.95 

We encourage ordering multiple products at a time due to postage costs (5kg limit per bag)

International Shipping

We only offer international shipping on a limited selection of products. 

Orders are sent through Auspost International, with options and cost provided at checkout.

If your location isn't covered by Auspost, please contact us for a quote on shipping through other services.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
